Bob Shebib, a counsellor with over 35 years of experience in clinical work, teaching, and consulting, has broad experience in the field. He has worked in child protection, public welfare, corrections, and residential youth care. He has graduate degrees in both social work and business. Bob is the author of numerous textbooks and scholarly papers on the topic of counselling, including: Counselling Skills for Social Service Workers (two editions); Financial Assistance Skills; Counselling Skills; Choices: Counseling Skills for Social Workers and Other Professionals; and Choices: Interviewing and Counselling Skills For Canadians (3 editions).
